New Employee Training

As our company's development and growth, in March, there are a number of new employees to enter into our big family. After filling 

out the entry resume, signed a labor contract, we began our induction training.

A brief introduction to the company: 

1. Introduce the company’s history, scale and the strength. The company's organizational structure and related systems.

2. The scope of business, main products, market positioning, target customers, competitive environment, etc.

3. Introduction of enterprise security measures, so that employees understand what security work includes, how to do a good job of 

security, how to find and deal with the general problems of safety work, improve their safety awareness.

After introduction, we organized a visiting of manufacture department, warehouse, marketing, sales, and research and development 

departments, ect.

Through this training, hoping they can better blend into our big family.
